To extend the service-life of abrasive bulk materials, they must be stored under appropriate conditions. Abrasive product should be stored in a dry place at the temperature above zero and protected from fluctuations in temperature. Make sure that it is properly protected and supported to prevent damage and deformation.
At 24 hours before starting work, abrasives (sandpaper, wheels on a flexible basis, etc.) should be stored at the temperature of 18-22°C, relative humidity 45-65% (preferably in a room where they are to be used, they should have the identical humidity and temperature). Abrasive tapes should be fastened on the shaft or rod with a diameter of not less than 50mm.
